Delivery and payment
Everything you need to know about receiving your Fizio Shop order: how it is delivered, how you pay and where you can follow it.
Delivery
We deliver across Albania. Your order is sent by courier to the address you entered when ordering, so please check that the address and phone number are correct.
You are also welcome at our showroom in Tirana, on Rruga e Kavajës, to see the products before you order.
Payment
You pay in cash when you receive your order. No advance payment is needed and you never enter card details on the site.
Prices are shown in Lek (ALL).
Following your order
You can see your order in your account, or without an account from the “Find my order” page.
